MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVE

I have created and given power point presentations enough to know that changing slides, assessing hyperlinks, answering questions, and elaborating on points in the presentation are truly challenging.   

As an experienced public speaker and trainer if I find this challenging then the district trainer with their multitude of diverse responsibilities need a technique or training device without stress. 

When you open the example as well as the complete program it opens in slide show view with no interruptions, no hyperlinks and the trainer need only press enter to change slides. This allows the trainer to stay focused on the training subject at hand.  

Attention spans being what they are most training endeavors are far too long. This one can be given in 30-45 minutes. 

Finally you may well ask the question why I choose this subject being a HACCP trainer. The reason being I see far too much crisis management styles and the need to address goals, open door policy, positive vs. negative energy and the crying need for a more pro-active approach to management.
